Return Process

  Log into your Kappa SA account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical tags and hygiene liners remain intact to meet our quality control standards.

  Ship to Kappa HQ

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier point or schedule a collection via our portal.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned apparel, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
